wat a tiring wk it has been since i came back from my SA "holiday" :p

the very first day i start work, got this bad news of IMF/world bank thingy and we are to be on standby from 0500-2359 from the very first day to their departure back to their "lao jia" and that is 10 straight days (today is the last day)scare that there might have ppl go protest or riot, but see it this way making more than half of the camp on standby i think mostly proberly those go riot are we those NS men...lol. we already lack of man-power for out normal day to day 12 hrs shift work and now this shit came (also at a bad time since i'm still in a very slacking mood)

wat to do...bo bian every day work 24hrs from 1400-1400 so that we dont have to take cab waste money and slp inside our office. but that make us slp less then 5hrs since they only stand down at 2359, after packing up wat so ever and prepare to slp it nearly 1am and has to wake up at 5 to start working again.....and slping on a safari bed isnt gd at all, tossing and turning cant get to slp.

THE HELL WIF IMF....GO HOME~!!!!

attempted again and yet another failure.....GAMBATTE!!!!

my very first overseas trip....

so far....so long....so cold.....took us a whole 10hrs on the plane and 8hrs bus ride. can u believe it

when we were travlling along the road, the sencery look very alike to australia

we were told that we'll be living in the lodge and hard to believe...this is our lodge.....

and this is the inside....

i dont have the pic on the "cook house" that we usually go for our meal but the breakfast....

for lunch and dinner are mostly pork or lamb chop, else pasta or fish & chip

whenever there's no flying we'll have to settle the meal on our own. not much choice of food there as there're only 5-6 restaurants and they dont open everyday...some even closed on sat sun.

this milkshake double-thick...u wont find it here in sg (BEST)

we had a bbq in our lodge....

they uses fire wood instead of charcole....it taste better (that wat they say)

we were already shirving on the ground...wonder how they feel up there

the weather there are cold in the morning and nite when there is no sun. even when there is sun, it still cold...hahaha. mostly strong wind everyday very seldom we'll see cloud and if we saw it...hell....
