last wk my body was aching well now my leg is weak....went jogging again in stadium and i can hardly run for 2 rounds non stop, how am i going to survie in the army. one funny event when i was jogging over to the stadium, the friction layer of my shoe drop off....one after another, no wonder i feel funny and there wierd sound coming from my shoes.

buai ta han.....whole body is aching now. went to gym wif alice and jh last nite, wanted to go jogging but got football match so end up going gym. saw alice's colleuge in the gym....wow chio..... lol, the place was so full hardly can do anything and everyone waiting for the track mail so i end up cycling till now my keen cannot bend or else i'll collapes.
harry potter bk 6 finally is out after waiting for 2 years ++ which i was so eager to noe how the war is gonna like for wizard, been reading it slowly cuz dunno if the english use is chim or my english standard has drop some more, need something to digest and understand. few more chapter to go....

PEACE AT LAST~~!!!!
my cousin has finally come back from aboard and that mean my nephews will be going hm....WHOA~!!! although i was once a kid b4 and did the same thing b4, i still hate them :) making hell loads of noisy, fighting over the same things when there is still plently to choose from, tok to themself and mumble dunno wat ect....
here a few tips to handle kids which i have learn this few days: 1) watever they say, no matter it right or wrong just agree in order to skip the explaination. 2) use threaten whenever possible to shut them up or do homework. (my favrouite) 3) feign slp 4) simpily just ignore them
finally can play my KO in peace liao, already lvl 56 and 60%, damn hard to lvl up already. hope to get lvl 60 b4 my NS. oh and we are knighted already, have cape flying in the air while we run...cool

i can't stand it anymore, why does kids has so many why why why!!!! my cousin was away overboard and left my 2 nephew wif us for few day, BUT just ONE day and i can't stand it anymore.....why this is like this, why like that, i noe i noe let me try........ if they're not my nephew i would have tie and hang them on the wall
